This policy covers icommstudios.ai and every page on it. Automate iComm is the AI automation line of iComm Studios, based in Harmony, North Carolina. When this policy says "we", it means iComm Studios, LLC.

The short version: we collect what you give us when you book a call or get in touch, plus anonymous analytics about how the site is used. We don't sell it, and we don't run advertising pixels.

What we collect

• What you give us when you book. Your name, email address and anything you type into the booking form. Bookings are handled by Calendly, under Calendly's privacy policy.
• What you send us directly. If you email or call, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
• How the site is used. Google Analytics records visits: the pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and a few actions on the page, such as completing a booking. The AI readiness assessment is different. Its answers, your revenue band and your report are worked out in your browser and never sent to Google Analytics, and they reach us only if you book from your report. Your progress is kept in your browser's own storage so you can finish later; "Start over" or clearing your browser data removes it. When you finish, Google Analytics records only that an assessment was completed and which of five stages it reached. If you book a Brainstorm from your report, a short summary is added to the booking notes in Calendly, where you can change it before booking. It names your stage, your two lowest areas, the functions you picked, what you're ready for now, your role, your revenue band if you gave one, and the capacity estimate if you filled one in. The estimate itself is worked out in your browser and is not saved.
• Ordinary web requests. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also serves its fonts. Like any website host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details when your browser requests a page.

What we do with it

Booking and contact details are used to hold the call, reply to you and follow up about the work. Analytics are used to understand what is useful on the site and improve it. We do not sell your information, and we share it only with the services named on this page.

Services we use

Calendly	Booking calls. Receives what you enter in the booking form.
Google Analytics	Visit counts and on-page actions. Sets cookies.
Cloudflare	Hosting. Processes standard request data to serve and protect the site.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. Calendly sets cookies when the booking calendar loads. The site also saves three things in your own browser: your light or dark theme choice, the time of your last page view, so the logo animation plays only when you arrive after a break, and whether the AI Assessment invitation has already shown this session. None of it leaves your device.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, use Google's opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

Booking and contact records are kept while we are in touch about the work, and afterwards as part of our ordinary business records. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

Your choices

Email travis@icommstudios.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, for example a new form or tool, we will update this page and the date at the top.
